A FEW IDEAS TO GET YOU STARTED

Examples, not a limit. Bring us the job you actually have.

01

Talk it through.

Show us the project. We’ll ask about the details that change the answer.

02

Check your plan.

Compare each step with the materials. Confirm the outcome, measurements and what you already own.

03

We check the details.

Your confirmed plan enters an internal review. Missing details come back as questions in your project.

04

Order. Then get help.

Once approved and priced, pay through checkout. Return to the same project for guidance after delivery.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE ANSWERS

Real jobs.
Properly thought through.

Before and after from The London Contractor’s own work. Knowing what needs to happen before the finish is the important bit.

TLC room before reinstatement, with damaged wall finishes following a boiler leak
Before
Same room after TLC repaired and redecorated walls, ceiling and cornice
After

From water damage to a finished room.

Repair and redecoration following a boiler leak above. Professional work completed by TLC.

Kitchen ceiling opened during leak-damage repair
Before
The same kitchen ceiling repaired and redecorated by TLC
After

The repair behind the fresh finish.

Leak-damage ceiling reinstatement above an existing kitchen. The cause and scope come first.

Damaged external window surround before TLC local repairs
Before
Repaired and decorated window surround and sill, retaining the existing window
After

Keep what works. Repair what doesn’t.

Local repairs to window surrounds and sills, retaining the existing window.

These are examples of TLC’s professionally delivered work. Your project may need a different method, further inspection or a qualified trade.

A LITTLE KNOW-HOW GOES A LONG WAY

Start with a question.

Practical planning guides to help you explain the job. Every guide leads into a conversation about your own project.

Guide drafts are for design review. Technical approval and public search indexing come before launch.

DIY WHEN IT FITS. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT.

Sometimes the right tool
is a person.

If you’d rather someone did the work, say so in the conversation. Your project details can go straight to the TLC team for review, with replies kept in your project.

THE TLC APPROACHUnderstand it.
Prepare it.
Do it properly.

Broad questions are welcome. When a photo or a chat cannot establish the answer, we’ll say what needs checking.

HELP DOESN’T END AT DELIVERY

Back for the next step?

Your approved plan, the products supplied and previous answers should stay together. Sign in to your project or verify the order email to continue.

Good questions.

Can I ask about a job that isn’t one of the examples?

Yes. The intended service starts with whatever project or problem you describe. Some jobs can become a materials pack; others need more information, an inspection or professional help.

Do I need to browse a shop or fill a basket?

No. The materials list develops beside the conversation. You can change it, remove things and mark tools you already own. You confirm the plan and pack together. After approval and price checks, ordering opens in your project.

Will everything arrive in one box?

The pack is one coordinated project offer. Supplier-direct orders may arrive in separate deliveries, which must be explained before you pay.

Is the demo a working AI service?

Not yet. This review uses scripted conversation routes to demonstrate the design. It cannot diagnose your project, send email or take payment. Live AI, approved product data, internal reviews, order-linked support and checkout still need connecting.

INTERNAL REVIEW / INTERACTIVE DEMO

Check your plan and pack.

Try the customer and team views. This is a local simulation: no project is submitted, approved or ordered.

Live approval must be enforced on the server against this exact scope and basket revision, including price and expiry.

AFTERCARE / FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

Pick up where you left off.

Example order DP-DEMO-1042 · Room refresh. In the live service, sign-in or an email verification link protects your order. An order number alone does not grant access.

Project context

Approved scope revision · products actually supplied · manufacturer instructions · delivery record · previous questions

Choose a question to try the planned support experience. No live order is being retrieved.

A new concern opens a review with the transcript and relevant step. Advice does not silently change the purchased scope.
